National Sales Manager (NSM)
Full-timeWe are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across India. You will be responsible for developing national strategies, managing regional teams, and ensuring revenue growth for our pharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and mentor regional and area sales teams.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, hospitals, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize strategies.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of PAN-India targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Pharmacy.
- 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing large sales teams and multiple regions.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Full-timeAs a Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee sales operations for your designated region, ensuring team performance, distributor management, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Implement national strategy at the regional level and achieve regional sales targets.
- Manage a team of Area Managers and Medical Representatives.
- Develop relationships with key hospitals, doctors, and distributors.
- Monitor inventory, distribution, and timely product availability in your region.
- Conduct training sessions for sales teams and track performance.
Requirements:
- Graduate or MBA in Marketing or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in pharma sales, including regional team handling.
- Strong knowledge of regional markets and distribution networks.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Area Manager (AM)
Full-timeAs an Area Manager, you will manage a team of Medical Representatives and ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies at the ground level.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide Medical Representatives (MRs) to achieve sales targets.
- Build relationships with doctors, hospitals, and pharmacists in your area.
- Organize CME programs and promotional events for doctors.
- Monitor product availability and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Provide regular market feedback to senior management.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Science/Pharma or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with team management experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to train and motivate field teams.
Medical Representative (MR) / Marketing Executive (ME)
Full-timeAs a Medical Representative, you will be the face of our company, promoting products to healthcare professionals and ensuring prescription generation.
Responsibilities:
- Promote company products to doctors, hospitals, and clinics.
- Generate prescriptions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with pharmacists, stockists, and distributors.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor activity reports.
- Organize doctor meets and promotional events as per plan.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Science/Pharma or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing (freshers can apply).
- Good communication skills and willingness to travel extensively.
- Strong relationship-building abilities.
